The site is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, in Geneva (Switzerland), on infrastructure located in Switzerland.

Role and independence

GuideObseques.ch is an independent, self-run information service. It is not tied to any municipality, administration or funeral company, and is not mandated by any of them. The information published is the same for all 45 municipalities of the Canton of Geneva.

At the user's request, the site may offer to put them in touch with a funeral professional. This referral may give rise to a contribution paid by the professional, at no extra cost to the user.

Intellectual property

All site content (text, layout, graphic elements) is protected by Swiss copyright law. Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, without the publisher's prior written authorisation is prohibited. Data from official cantonal or municipal sources remains the property of their respective holders.
